"The Palms is really missing any refinement. The pool dirty, shower that was pointed towards the shower curtain, beach unusable, and only one cleaning for a week. The rooms were sloppy painted and never cleaned UNDER anything. Check the vanities.
The staff was nice though. The place just needs an investor to improve it.
The best part was the chef. Outstanding food. The bartenders were great too. "
