"Our stay at Lux Grande Gaube was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and a level of hospitality that truly exceeded all expectations. The food throughout the resort was fantastic, with a special mention to Bodrum restaurant, which was an absolute highlight of our stay. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and made for a wonderful dining experience. What really made our holiday unforgettable, however, were the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Reedoo on the beach, who went above and beyond every single day to make sure everyone was comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, always responsive, and seemed to anticipate what guests needed before they even had to ask. His friendliness and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. Elena from front of house was equally wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel truly valued as guests. A special mention also goes to Maeva from the entertainment team, who took us on a fantastic bike tour around the island. Her knowledge of Mauritius was incredible, and she made us feel safe and looked after at all times, regularly checking that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. She was great fun to spend time with and so patient throughout the experience. And last but certainly not least, Kamal from housekeeping deserves the biggest praise.
