"1. Service desk did not even know that we were coming.
2. The booking did not match the Room we got.
3. Book a queen size bed but got a Twin bed instead.
4. Property was dirty, sheets were not changed and full of stains.
Would not recommend to stay"

"Had a great stay! As nice as high-end US hotel. REALLY great dining... especially liked the outdoor restaurant. Great health club (not a hotel gym, but a real health club... that is complementary)"
