"We enjoyed our stay at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The location was close to restaurants and shops which was convenient. We had a direct pool access room which was worth it. The room was in good condition- clean, nice linens, lots of space. Overall, the resort presented well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Charleez was our bartender at the rooftop pool and he provided excellent service to our entire family.
The breakfast buffet was included with our stay. The food was good but it was quite chaotic with so many people every morning which made it a little stressful. Also, the constant solicitation for massage services and activities were a bother as soon as we stepped off the resort grounds. The beach was nice but it was windy which made the water rough for swimming. I would stay at this hotel again. "
