Beautiful 1890 victorian garden unit in the heart of Denver

Clean, family run garden level apartment in our 1890 victorian house. Complete remodel and ready for a getaway in the heart of Denver.

We know hard you work for your money, and we strive to provide you the best value for your booking. We have set certain protocols for cleaning and staging for our guests. Please ask if you have any questions.

We are centrally located, a 5 minute drive to downtown, but without the headache of parking. We are also 5 minutes to the Broncos Stadium or Highlands Square, with lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping. We are also close to Sloan's lake for a beautiful stroll. We are 30 minutes from the foothills.

The master has a queen sized mattress and the living room has a high end pull out twin bed memory foam mattress. We also have a pack and play if needed. We have 2 flat screen tvs, washer/dryer, wifi, cable and many rustic upgrades.

We live upstairs, but this unit has its own entrance and we only see guests if they need us for something. We value your privacy. We are a smoke free house. We stay quiet upstairs after 10 pm.

Perfect property for a couple

We had a great stay. The property had high quality finishes, was cozy with plenty of space, was well stocked with coffee, drinks, treats, nice touches throughout, had a great shower, comfortable bed, lots of soft towels, and is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to LoHi, Sloan's Lake and Mile High Stadium. It was perfect for a couple for a weekend or more. None of the following were a concern for us as one can surmise from our 5 star review, but others may want to be aware that there is a little bit of noise (footsteps) that can be heard upstairs, and the cooktop and oven were both counter top designs as opposed to a full stove/oven. All that said, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Delightful October stay in this eclectic Denver neighborhood

Great one bedroom apartment in wonderful and very walk-able neighborhood. Well laid out apartment. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Good size bedroom with closet and storage space. Very clean. Wonderful, attentive hosts. This was a perfect option for us as we visited family in the area. We highly recommend this unit near Sloan Lake.

Perfect Spot for Family Adventures

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. We were not at the rental very much during the day, but it was a nice retreat after adventuring. They had everything you could need for cooking and getting ready. The only thing we wish would have been there is an iron. If it was there, we missed it. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
