"Such a wonderful experience for our family! We had such a fun time at all the different pools and recreation centers. The villa had a stackable washer/dryer, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and other useful kitchen appliances. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again!"

"The grounds are very pleasant, I mean you have a lake! But desk staff and especially the fake redhead at the coffee shop were less than convincingly friendly. The young barista with the hair dye job was talking with the other girl(cashier), walked past me, never once looked at me while she placed my drink on the counter right in front of me. Continued walking past, while still conversing with her co-worker, I looked up at my drink, she turned partly around to look at me through her peripheral and condescendingly stated “that’s it” referring to my order and turned back to her conversation with the very nice cashier. This demonstrated perfectly that the newer generation believes the customer exists solely as an opportunity to assist them in reaching their dream of holding a degree in art appreciation or as a practice instrument in sharpening their disdain of a capitalist society. In any case, who ever hired this angry superior creature full of arrogant ignorance should have explained that in a service industry there is an element of effort that is to be exerted in positive engagement with the customer. I was always taught if giving a criticism offer a solution. So here it is. Pay your college age staff enough that you get an over abundance of applicants. With a better choice of applicants. Because when you hire out of desperation you get people like that pretentious creature that although she made a great cup of coffee will remain the most bitter I’ve ever had!"
