Enjoyed our stay with family (9 of us and our dog). Plenty of room for everyone, nice big open areas in the house so we weren't all tripping over each other. The wrap around deck was great for our toddler to run back & forth since we could close off the end that had the opening. They were quick to respond when we had questions, check in was exactly as stated so no problems. We did have some pest issues but they were quick to address everything and it was minimal. I had thought there would be more open area around the house, as it's on many acres, but it's located on a slope so most of it is wooded and not really accessible (mainly was looking for running area for our doggo). There is a small fenced in yard though, just be careful to check for wildlife scat before walking in that area (there was a lot). I was wondering if we would see any bears, but when I realized the lidded garbage can was outside by the garage and there was no garbage locked cage available, I figured that there were no bears in the area (the outside garbage did not get bothered all week so no bears). We did see some deer though. The views from the deck were amazing, it was great to sit there in the mornings and evenings and observe the beauty of the area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed (maybe plan to bring foil and things like that). Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.
