Upon check in at 4pm the home was not cleaned. I called the contact number provided and was directed to an answering service and different reps each call that I made. I explained to them that the home wasn't cleaned and requested a cleaning crew ASAP or relocation to another comparable party. I spent FOUR hours trying to get in contact with local management and resolve the matter. I was directed to TWO people who identified themselves as SUPERVISORS but reported that they too had to call management to resolve the issue. They were rude and showed no empathy or sense of urgency to get the home cleaned. I lost 1000.00 on a dinner reservation because we couldn't get dressed. FINALLY at 630pm someone called from the relocation department initially offering several homes in the area that were comparable. When I selected a home they reported it was now unavailable and that they would call me back. Another hour later (730pm-check in is at 4pm) I was told my only option was a small 4 bedroom dated home in Kissimee. I had to call the answering service at least 10 times over a 4-5 hour timeframe to try and get assistance. Each time speaking to different individuals. At 4pm and each time I called I said a quick solution would be to send another cleaning crew out asap. After 4-5 hours of PHONE TAG they decided to send a cleaning crew which arrived around 830-9pm. I had minor children with me and my son missed his birthday dinner. POOR MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION
