Fantastic location

I recently stayed at Locale Apartment and had a great experience overall. The location is absolutely fantastic—especially if you are there for a basketball or ice hockey game. The facilities are top-notch, modern, and very well maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. The only downside is the traffic noise, which can be noticeable, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs—or perhaps Locale could consider providing them as a thoughtful touch for sensitive sleepers. Despite that, I definitely recommend this place and will gladly stay again on my next visit.

My husband & I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view of Dallas from our room was amazing!! We visited the onsite coffee shop twice. My only recommendation would be to make sure you bring any refreshments you may want with you. I had a hankering for a coke late at night. There is nowhere to get one without driving out. All in all, we would return here again.

Very poor service

I called 4x ask for an early check in. No one answered on two occasions. Two different people told me two different things. One person said it wasn’t possible for an early check in (for a fee). I was happy to pay. The second person told me they would alert me as soon as my assigned room has been cleaned. I didn’t receive any alert. I was supposed to receive a text with my keycafe code to retrieve my keys. I didn’t receive any alert. I had to call to get it. I got my keycard and opened the unit. There were crumbs everywhere. The bed was unmade and used. The bathroom was uncleaned and toilet was full. They profusely apologized and offered 57$ for my troubles. Will never use Locale again. I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but the 57$ felt more insulting than no refund.

Not a good experience

This is not in any way a hotel. It is a huge apartment building overlooking a noisy interstate highway. The parking situation is confusing and difficult. There are no staff to help you. My first room had a broken toilet and a bathtub that was stained brown. I was moved to a new room, but had to take all of my luggage down from the 24th floor at 11pm, turn in a key to a lockbox, get a new code and key, and haul everything back upstairs. If you are looking for an easy travel experience, this is not your place.

For starters, the check in process was burdensome and not efficient. I booked this reservation thru Hotels.com. They have all my information on file. Why did I have to enter everything all over again? The check in time was 4:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they said it was not available. The elevators were quite slow. I don't think all of them were in service during my stay. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was terrible! No housekeeping service was provided. I sent laundry down on Tuesday. It was supposed to be returned on Wednesday. When I inquired on Wednesday, I was told the laundry was never picked up on Tuesday - so my laundry was never done! There was a small coffee stand in the lobby, but no other food available. This was a 30-floor apartment building, and they didn't even have an ATM in the building (or nearby). The apartment is totally overpriced for what you get! This was by far the worst room I have ever booked on Hotels.com! Stay Away!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was everything we wanted for our trip. We couldn’t get our parking pass to work and few lights were out in the unit but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Staff is super friendly!
