Ms. Connie, thank you for your comments. We apologize for missing coffee begs. We have a large stock of coffee at the front desk. Housekeepers have instructions to at least put two coffee begs per room and hand out a few begs upon request if missed or not missed. The same policy applies to the blankets. We also keep a couple of blankets in the Almore. We are going to make sure additional blankets are in each room. Sometimes, hot water issues come up when we are totally full, and every room occupant ends up taking shower. We are considering adding an additional hot water heater to fix this problem. Some time ago, we did a survey asking out guests to choose a low price or higher price with breakfast. The majority wanted low prices with no breakfast. We may have to do another survey. We thank and appreciate you.

Hello , Rodney, we appreciate your kind review. Thanks for coming. Yes we do have short staff but staff are available 24 hours. There is a Ring service. If you press, the employees would see you on their I phones. They would run out to help you. There is also a phone at the front desk counter that can allow you to dial extension. The front desk manager would answer and show up at the desk. We will have to put better signs so people can see them. We appreciate your patience. Please call us next time if you need any assistance . We are there for you. My staff are like solders. They will show up upon request.

Hello, Anonymous, I spoke to my Manager. He talked to you about your concern. He suggested you to move to another room. Unfortunately you turned down his offer. He brought new pillows. The sheets were washed yet he changed them . Drain has a lever that opens and close. It was closed when you used, that caused the water to drain slowly. Coffee Post was new with a red border that was a decorated rim around the coffee pot. It may have been taken as un cleaned. Micro weave oven was set on the sink board temporary because Manager went to bring a brand new refrigerator . He would set micro weave oven on top of the refrigerator which he did when he brought a new fridge within few minuets. We are sorry that you were not convinced. We apologize for it. We appreciate you. Thank you.
