Hello , Rodney, we appreciate your kind review. Thanks for coming. Yes we do have short staff but staff are available 24 hours. There is a Ring service. If you press, the employees would see you on their I phones. They would run out to help you. There is also a phone at the front desk counter that can allow you to dial extension. The front desk manager would answer and show up at the desk. We will have to put better signs so people can see them. We appreciate your patience. Please call us next time if you need any assistance . We are there for you. My staff are like solders. They will show up upon request.

Dirty, outlet covers missing, unclean sheets, missing pillow cases, stinky shower curtain, slow shower drain, coffee maker disgusting, microwave sitting on to of a 6-8” wide wall causing it to be complete unsafe. Manager was very nice and tried to be very accommodating. The place is cute and has potential.

Hello, Anonymous, I spoke to my Manager. He talked to you about your concern. He suggested you to move to another room. Unfortunately you turned down his offer. He brought new pillows. The sheets were washed yet he changed them . Drain has a lever that opens and close. It was closed when you used, that caused the water to drain slowly. Coffee Post was new with a red border that was a decorated rim around the coffee pot. It may have been taken as un cleaned. Micro weave oven was set on the sink board temporary because Manager went to bring a brand new refrigerator . He would set micro weave oven on top of the refrigerator which he did when he brought a new fridge within few minuets. We are sorry that you were not convinced. We apologize for it. We appreciate you. Thank you.

The rooms were clean and there was a neat back door to each room that opened to an individual patio by a nice running stream.

Hello, thank you for choosing us. We appreciate you. We agree , it is a unique set up at this location . The hotel is surrounded by mountains and large old trees in the Cumberland Gap National Park. Guests don't need any wake up calls, they are awaken by birds singing. We are proud of it. Thank you again and please come again.

Thank you . we appreciate you. The Folger's Coffee also comes in bulk which we buy from Sams Club. That is only used at the Front Desk. Each Hotel room coffee begs are specially ordered from the Hotel Suppliers. We keep dark and regular brew for our guests in their room. We also offer to our guests if they request any extra coffee to take home. But we appreciate you and love to see you again.

The property was adequate and met my needs for a place to spend one night. It was very old and badly needed updates. The cleaning staff was wonderful, and the inn was clean.

Thank you for coming. we are in a process of renovating the property. I don't know if you noticed or not, all the first level are changed to hardwood flooring. We have been extremely busy with lots of reservation. We hope to get to the top floor to remove all the old carpets and install hardwood flooring as well as minor repair. Thank you for the patience. We appreciate your visit.

Very old, missing light bulbs, no phone, no radio or clock. The toilet rocked terribly and leaked water in the floor. Asked for a new room and the manager said he could not do that. Had to get the owner to move us to another room. Mold on the shower curtains very stained tub. Tub fixtures missing. Cobwebs in the corner and killed a big spider to boot. Would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel.

Thank you Anonymous for your review I see you have a lot of complaints on here that wasn't mentioned to me the day you came in the front office and told me about the toilet I told you I couldn't move you rooms until I inspected the toilet to see if it was messed up which when I inspected the toilet I seen it was loose and it was not the owner that gave you another room it was my decision you also had no complaints about the cobweb are spider that you had to kill nor any other of the issues that you had were mentioned to me and the building was built in 1972 so yes it is old but it goes with the Old Town of Cumberland Gap the rooms we are doing updates in hardwood floors Etc I even checked out the room that you were in to confirm about the missing light bulbs and no phone which light bulbs and phones were in the room I even expected the cobwebs that you said that were in the rooms no cobwebs the room you were previously in it took me like 5 minutes to fix a toilet and as far as radios are clocks in the rooms you must bring your own if you need a radio or clock most people nowadays have their cell phones which have radios and clocks on them and we have great Wi-Fi here so there's no need for us to supply alarm clocks in the room we also have a wake up call on our phones for people that request that but once again thank you for your review and staying with us have a great day
