Very nice and clean holiday flat near the town centre of Crikvenica and one of the most beautiful pebble beaches of Crikvenica. The swimming pool is open from 20.03.-31.10. This spacious holiday flat consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an air-conditioned living/dining room with kitchen in one room, two small balconies and one large balcony. Outside, all guests of this house can enjoy the heated pool, which was newly built in 2018, as well as 8 sun loungers where you can soak up the sun for hours. If it gets too hot, you can cool off under the outdoor shower and in the 24 m2 pool. Behind the house there is a shared terrace for all 4 residential units with barbecue facilities. The magnificent sea view from the large balcony of the flat and the friendliness and efforts of the landlord family to make your holiday as pleasant as possible guarantee you an unforgettable stay in Crikvenica! Please note that the property is not suitable for party holidaymakers.
