I rented many homes and this was the biggest letdown I have ever had. The kitchen floor, which is huge was very sticky and tacky like fly paper. The big room which has so many pictures is completely useless. The room with the TV in it has a small couch and one chair comfortable for four. The only way to see the ocean was from the upstairs balcony. And that's not easy to get to because the spiral staircase is that the other end of the house and good luck trying to take a drink up there. The front yard patio would be nice if they had cut down the overgrown hedges. To see the ocean from the front patio, you have to stand up. to communicate you have to talk to people in the Philippines. That was a big obstacle. One time a lady had so many kids, screaming, and crying while we were trying to converse she could not understand me, and I could not understand her. There were dirty utensils in the utensil bowl. There were no drapes in the upstairs bedroom, which you have to go through one of the two bedrooms to get to that upstairs balcony. There are so many wonderful places to rent there. I picked the wrong one. Don't make the same mistake as me.
