Almost sorry I only needed to stay one night! What an awesome hotel. Beautiful clean rooms, lots of amenities, incredibly friendly staff, and a breakfast full of yummy options! Hampton Inn just went to the top of my list of must-stay-at hotels!

The room was quiet, however; we believe it was a slow night and there were not a lot of people staying in the hotel. The sink in the bathroom was WAY TOO HIGH, I had to was my face in the bathtub, thought I was going to pass out having to bend over so low to do so. No cups/glasses were provided for making a drink in the room. I went down to the desk, she told me they didn't provide cups/glasses for drinks so I took some of the coffee cups from the breakfast area.

The AC unit had too much hysteresis, driving the room temp well below the set point before shutting off, letting the room get too warm. We had our covers on and off all night trying to keep pace. Not restful.

The room was nice and clean, beds comfortable, staff is super helpful and nice, delicious breakfast with a good variety to choose from, pool was a little small but was clean and not freezing and they provide clean towel right at the exit which was convienent. Our only bad experience was finding ants in our room late on our second night but the girl at the front desk let us move to a different room without hesitation which was very nice and accomidating. I will definitely be coming back to the Hampton Inn next time we're in Crossville.
