Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland
"Great experience! We loved the outdoor pool and that it was open until midnight! The pool towels were actually big enough to wrap up in. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and probably the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Also note I’m very much a picky hotel person and would definitely ..."

Home away from home. Clean and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath in Richland, WA
"Good: We had a nice stay here. Good location, clean. Beds were comfy. It’s a duplex, so I was constantly having to remind my kids not to be too noisy! Suggestions: The rooms were very bright in the morning - they could be improved by adding curtains to cover the mini blinds. As others have reviewed, ..."

Holiday Inn Richland on the River by IHG
"We stayed two nights. The first night was prom in the area so there were teens screaming and running down the halls until after 2am when I finally fell asleep. I woke up at 4am to hear the TV playing next door. The walls were so thin that you could hear the TV, arguments and even parts of conversations. ..."

"Maybe good for family’s who want a pool. The property was mostly run down, bed was probably 20 years old, at least it felt like it. The door to our room would not even shut unless we forced it. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Never got in. I arrived late as I was driving in. They couldn’t find my reservation on their system at the hotel. I ended up having to sleep in the car!! After hours, advise me to call Orbitz and request a refund. Did this the next day and orbits called the hotel which magically was able to find ..."

Not relaxing. The place isn't particularly well maintained, door to go out to the courtyard was broken, the Elkay water bottle filling station was broken. It looked like someone had hit it. They had a water dispenser nearby while we were there that was often empty. Front desk staff were not friendly. I was waiting for the lady to ask how my stay was when I checked out...she didn't. Probably did herself a favor. Lol We regularly stay at the Holiday Inn by IHG when we fly out of Vancouver BC. The experience is always great. The pluses at this hotel is the location and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi was sluggish but didn't cut out. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean."
