The host’s communication was great—very responsive and easy to work with, which I appreciated. There were also some positives, like the kitchen being clean and the bathrooms (aside from the tubs) being well-maintained.However, there were several concerns during the stay. The condition of the beds and linens was disappointing—the full-size mattress had noticeable stains, and the rollout bed underneath was also dirty and stained. One of the beds was set directly on the floor, with the box spring sitting on the ground and no frame, which impacted comfort. The closets had random items left on the shelves, which made the space feel less prepared for guests.There was also a safety concern, as a ground prong was sticking out of a living room electrical outlet. Additionally, the tub in the master bathroom was not clean and had to be scrubbed before use.We were able to make it work during our stay, but cleanliness and basic maintenance—especially in sleeping areas and safety details—need improvement. With better attention to these areas, this could be a much better experience for future guests.
