Ice machine and elevator and mini fridge were out of order. When I told staff about the fridge, he said “well it’s just a mini fridge.” The tv in the workout room was older so needed magic to work. The lady at the front desk said it was because it is “cold outside” which was an interesting excuse. I believe the boiled eggs on the buffet would bounce if dropped but there was that one source of protein. The pool was nice, the treadmill worked and bagel was good so they get 2 stars

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was like a bath SO WARM and amazing I’d come back for the pool alone!! The room was clean and cute. There were views of the mountains from our room and eating breakfast in the lobby. The only complaint is there wasn’t any soap or conditioner in our shower and yes, I could’ve called the front desk to let them know so that’s why I’m still keeping it 5 stars! We do wish the breakfast had more hot options but there is plenty to eat in the area and a good bowl of cereal and coffee is perfect. Plus we loved our nightly hot chocolate. The coffee bar was stocked and yummy 24/7. Can’t wait to stay here again.

2 adults. 2 children under 2y/o. Disappointing overall. Renovated, ish. First room, a handful of issues. (Missing plug plate, 2 holes in wall with toilet paper shoved in them, moldy baseboard underneath sink.) Took photos. Front desk was very helpful and changed rooms. Customer service is great. Friendly and informative. The renovations were more like a bandaid. New furniture and bed spreads but still dirty otherwise. Carpet in hallway was heavily stained. This is budget hotel. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels, breads, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. No proteins or fresh anything. Lots of moldy caulk areas at tubs, holes in wall where door stop should be. Hot water heater was just above warm at best. Winter time and heater was sometimes warm air and sometimes cold air. Which was terribly uncomfy. Don’t let the pictures fool you like it did us. It’s more along the lines of super 8 or econo lodge vibes. Comfy linens and bed. Streaming capabilities worked well. Convenient location. Friendly service. Affordable rates.

My room was clean but the areas around the tub need attention. I liked that coffee was readily available and that breakfast had a couple of healthy options. Stagf was very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was comfortable, however more towles would be beneficial to have in the restroom when staying for more than two days. Whever its windy you can hear the wind from inside the room, and lastely the thermostat would not set to my liking. Other then that the price for the stay is not bad.

Front desk staff was nice. Cleaning staff used spanish derogatory words. Didnt realize we knew spanish. Only 1 elevator worked , looked like it has been that way for a while. Only 1 ice maker in building worked out of 5 i checked. Pool was warm .

Our room dint have any heat. The left side was blowing hot air but stopped on our second day, we stayed 4 days. The guy at the front desk gave us a space heater. The elevator had one side broken, the breakfast was cereal or beagles or oatmeal, really simple and plain. Something keeps beeping in the hallway that we could hear as if we were standing next to it all hours of the day and night. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and made beeping noises as well that we could hear. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything everyone was doing or saying. Signs all over the place there is no smoking, 100% smoke free but there is a strong smell of weed smoke on the first floor by the lobby. I didn’t check out the pool or fitness center but I have a feeling they were probably average. I think it would be a good place if they would get some repairs done. Staff is friendly, room was clean, just need to get repairs done and not just throw up a sign and say one side of the elevator isn’t working or go to main lobby for ice. It’s like they just put up a sign and don’t bother to notify their home office to send someone out to fix these things.
