The staff were absolutely amazing! My favorite was Mr. O, the hotel driver. He was friendly, provided amazing food recommendations around the city, and made me feel comfortable traveling alone in a new city!

There were a ton of issues. The first room had no water pressure, no hot water. The second room had exposed wires coming from the AC, the TV didn’t work (they came twice but never fixed it). The hostess at breakfast was rude and condescending.
