Die Unterkunft entspricht leider ĂŒberhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Unser Zimmer war ein Kellerloch ohne Fenster und nicht mal 2 m Deckenhöhe. Es hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Der Gastgeber argumentiert, dass es ja eine BelĂŒftung gibt. Ich kann das nicht bestĂ€tigen. Aber falls es eine gibt, kam darĂŒber der Chlorgeruch.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlĂ€uft ziemlich random. Es kommen fast ausschlieĂlich Anweisungen auf Englisch, wie der Zugang zur Unterkunft, der Check in und out etc. ablaufen soll. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Deshalb geht alles ĂŒber Codes fĂŒr die HaustĂŒr und fĂŒr einen SchlĂŒsseltresor fĂŒr die ZimmertĂŒr. Erschreckenderweise mussten wir keinen Code fĂŒr den SchlĂŒsseltresor eingeben, dieser war noch vom VorgĂ€nger eingestellt und zwar auf der gleichen Nummer, wie wir sie nutzen sollten. Ergo kennt jeder, der schon mal da war, die Zugangscodes bis zum Zimmer.
Kurios ist auch, dass wĂ€hrend der Kommunikation bzw. Flut an Anweisungen auch ein Late Check out angeboten wurde. Auf unsere Antwort, dies gerne in Anspruch zu nehmen, kam keine Antwort mehr. Stattdessen kommen einfach wieder irgendwelche Anweisungen, vereinzelt auch auf Deutsch. Angeblich sind die Gastgeber auch tagsĂŒber bis 22 Uhr erreichbar. Ich sage mal so, als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, haben wir direkt ĂŒber Expedia reklamiert. Der Gastgeber war dann 2 Tage gar nicht erreichbar.
Wir waren auch ohne zu bleiben, wieder abgereist. Eine Stornierung oder Entgegenkommen seitens des Gastgebers fand nicht statt.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hébergement pour une journée à Phantasialand.
LâarrivĂ©e sâest parfaitement passĂ© comme indiquĂ© dans les messages de Vlad. Le seul inconvĂ©nient câest que lâhĂ©bergement Ă©tant accessible quâavec un code programmĂ© pour fonctionner Ă un horaire prĂ©cis, nous nâavons pas pu rentrer mĂȘme en Ă©tant arrivĂ© Ă 16:30, et aprĂšs avoir reçu un message qui me disait que lâappartement Ă©tait prĂȘt (avant 17h).
Lâappartement numĂ©ro 5 Ă©tait spacieux et identique aux photos et description. Nous avions mĂȘme une terrace avec un barbecue. Le quartier est calme et Ă proximitĂ© de deux supermarchĂ©s, je vous conseille celui en face du Aldi, les prix y sont plus intĂ©ressants.
Nous Ă©tions Ă 35min en voiture de Cologne.
Notre sĂ©jour sâest parfaitement dĂ©roulĂ© et je conseille fortement cet hĂ©bergement trĂšs moderne (un temps de rĂ©flexion sâimpose pour fermer les volets - appuyer sur le cĂŽtĂ© quand vous allumer la lumiĂšre!!).
