"Our stay at the Windsor Towers in Rio de Janeiro was wonderful, and the experience was elevated even more by the exceptional front desk service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. One individual who truly stood out was Guilherme. His service went far above and beyond anything we could have expected. Because we did not speak the language, he took it upon himself to ensure we were fully supported—finding solutions, contacting the right people on our behalf, and advocating for us every step of the way. What impressed us most was that he continued to follow through and make sure everything was resolved even on his day off. Guilherme’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our well-being were remarkable.
