Outside was horrible, falling apart. Check in took over an hour. Room was decorated nicely but it was like putting a pretty tablecloth on an old moldy table. Room smelled like smoke. Holes in wall. Old elevator. Walls scuffed up. Disgusting place.

The property was dirty and completely unsafe. When we arrived we witnessed a drug deal taking place just outside the front entrance and many "sketchy" lookingpeoplein the parking lot. We immediately returned to our car and contacted Travelocity and requested a refund. The agent attempted to contact the hotel but at that time was unable to confirm that I would receive a refund but said she would keep trying and get back to me. I never received any other information and my credit card was charged. I'm very unhappy with the whole situation and will have serious second thoughts about using Travelocity in the future. No one should ever but put in a situation to choose between their personal safety and the cost of the hotel room and I was. I did find other accommodations but at a significantly higher cost. I'm very unhappy with the way this was handled. :(

It was quiet and gave us a good night’s sleep. Appeared clean except for shoe prints inside bathtub and learned maid apparently wears shoes and walks inside tub while cleaning. Breakfast was ok but was obviously not up to usual due to COVID rules.

The place is clean easy to find room. Rooms are clean I enjoyed my stay. Front desk dude wasn’t to Enthused about his job. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.

Did not like sink outside rest of bathroom. Used soap was always removed as was partially used shampoo. Soap was not always replaced. Hair dryer did not work. Smokeless room smelled of smoke.

Good location and friendly desk staff. Not much in the line of breakfast. Comfortable bed and room. Good stay. Would return if in the area.
