"Hotel is a bit far from the Metro station. However it is pretty easy and cheap to get a private driver via Didi and Baidu App. Room is very huge and offer all amenities except hand soap. All the staffs are very helpful and go all out to help the hotel guest. Thumb up for the counter staffs in the hotel. "

"great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu. "The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome. The rooms were nice, but some aspects felt past their prime. While the room was non-smoking, there was a lingering smell of smoke in some areas. The hotel is well away from the city center and required a long walk to get to any food options. However, it was very convenient for our trip out of Xipu Station."
