Based on those experiences, here is our review of this Chincoteague townhouse.Highlights•The view is outstanding one of the best features of this property.•At night you can see the lighthouse flashing every 5 seconds, which is a unique and memorable detail.•The dock is a great amenity if you bring a kayak or boat.•The loft stairs add a fun touch for kids and extra space for families.•Linens and towels were included, which made packing much easier.•The location on the island is excellent—quiet, scenic, and convenient.•Overall, we loved the space, the location, and especially the beautiful view.Areas for Improvement•The top-floor balcony has no electricity, and no flashlights or lanterns were provided, making it difficult to use in the evening.•No blinds or curtains on the back bedroom, back porch, or front door, which affects privacy and comfort.•The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, but could use more utensils and basic cooking gadgets.•There is no guest book for travelers to share recommendations with future guests.•Unlike other rentals we’ve experienced, there were no beach items provided such as umbrellas, chairs, or boogie boards.Overall: This townhouse offers an incredible setting with unbeatable views.
