"The hotel was under construction and it needed it. They waited way toooooo long to update the facility. We had a lot of problems with the older style door system losing the assignment. When we kept going down to reset the cards it was no surprise to them. The over all facility just needed help."

"The facility was nice however it did not have an elevator. I don’t believe it was listed in the description. Additionally when I requested to know the room number of the second room I paid for I was told they couldn’t give me that information. I found that pretty annoying!"
