"We had room on 5th floor with ocean view and it was wonderful. Bed was comfortable The hotel does need renovations ( as does downtown Prince Rupert!) but it was clean, staff were very friendly and breakfast was decent. It’s great for a 1-2 night stay if you are going on the ferry the next day"

"The staff were really friendly and professional. The breakfasts were excellent and again the servers were excellent. The room was clean and adequate, bathroom catered to showers, but was good size. Bars of soap would be nice. The view of the harbour from our room was very nice and I appreciated that ..."
