We had a good stay. The hotel is very clean and they do a good job maintaining it. Coffee was fresh every morning. Hotel deals with issues immediately and professionally. Only drawback was weak WiFi which can be easily remedied.

Lake George, located in the southeastern Adirondack Park in New York State, is rightfully nicknamed the "Queen of American Lakes." This gorgeous gem has been a hot spot for tourism since the late 19th century, and was even frequented by well-known and wealthy families such as the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, and Roosevelts. Flights to Lake George are best routed to the Albany International Airport (ALB), which is the most conveniently located major airport just south of the Adirondacks.
Transportation From ALB
Lake George is just 50 miles north of ALB, but if you get in late and are too tired to make the journey the same day, there are a number of lodging options situated all along Wolf Road. From here it's a matter of minutes to get onto the Adirondack Northway (Route 87) up to Lake George.
