"Hi Gary. I just wanted to take a quick moment and say thank-you. We arrived at your hotel on June 29th for a two day stay. We were early yet you were able to check us in as the room was ready. You greeted me in a professional manner. Well groomed, You knew your business and accommodated our dog as the temperature outside was blistering. My wife and I found the room very comfortable. Clean and great amenities. Parking was easy. Your staff were very polite, and the breakfast was great based on the overall price. While you apologized for the outdoor pool not being open due to the City sign off your team had made get strives to ensure the grounds outside where already prepared for opening. We had a great time, and I will certainly use your property again in my personal and business travel. Great value, Great people, Fantastic service. I sometimes have to deal with negativity as we all do in the service industry. But you and your team are truly ambassadors for the Super8 brand. Wishing you continued success.
