"We needed a place to stay overnight after arriving in Charlotte in the afternoon and then planning to drive to Savannah the next. This apartment was great- no hunting for street parking; found a fabulous BBQ place close by. "

"The house was only partially clean on arrival. Sticky substances on the floor and countertop areas in the kitchen as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets and half-eaten chicken wings in the backyard. Body wash/shampoo dispensers mounted in the shower were empty. Debris on the rugs and carpet areas and no kitchen trash bags were available. Upon me asking, the host (Mike) did refund the 150 cleaning fee I paid and was very responsive when encountering the dirty unit. He also provided access to the storage closet to obtain access to some cleaning/housekeeping items needed (such as body wash/shampoo). "
