The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. My wife and I have stayed at this location off and on for about 12 years. The Couch in our room has sagged in the middle to the point if you try to sit on the ends of the couch you slide towards the middle and it’s very uncomfortable. Also on Sunday they did not clean our room or leave new towels. We had to go to the lobby to get new towels. I feel that since they didn’t do their job we should have a discount for the one day that they didn’t clean our room.

Staff were very nice. The room and living space was very comfortble. Didn't like how the door to the bathroom was set. The air conditioner needs to have an adjustable vent so cold air doesn't continuously blow on one side of the bed.
