I booked this reservation to attend a great nephew’s College graduation party. Arrived at 3. Room not ready. Room ready at 5. I asked if my room was held due to prepay. Caller could not tell me. Had to fine another place to dress for 5 30 party. Checked in at 8. Complained about inconvenience finding some where to dress for party. Front desk offered a $20 refund. Refrigerator hot/off. Per front desk, refrigerators are turned off. I had to turn on. Snacks in cooler went into hot refrigerator. MAD. Checked out. Same front dest clerk was there from 3 o’clock try to check in. Asked how my stay was. I said horrible. Was asked If it was due to late checking. I said I had a Travelocity survey and would respond. She said fine. It would not matter. Then she said I would get a $75 refund through Travelocity. Ask for a receipt. She refused. I had to contact Travelocity. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton Gardens Inn. Particularly in Lancaster PA. No refund, no receipt, and mad as heck. What will you do? You can call me.

Above and beyond customer service Malaysia at front desk was absolutely awesome. Staff assistance with computer and printing boarding passes was grand. Great location short distance to airport.

The room I was given was dirty. I had stains and small hair fibers on the wash rags I was given. I’m a local who had a late evening and early morning meetings. Needless to say will think twice before returning.

The staff was great! They went above and beyond when I had a request for help w temp control in the room (the AC worked too well) and the thermostat didn’t seem to control it as advised per signs on the unit. The front desk put urgency on the request and the man who came to help was so nice, was respectful and very kind. Appeared the unit may still be controlling the temp (not thermostat) but we got a fix and quicker than I thought. Always helpful.
