Like pool table … didn’t like no ice bucket just bag, don’t like you could see in bathroom area from bedroom. I don’t like was no tub only shower. Overall was a great hotel.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the outside side very nice easy parking convenient. When we got to the hotel oh the front desk person was very pleasant and very informative. When we finally got up to our floor we realized that the room was way down the hall From the elevator. The room once we got in was made differently from traditional rooms that we were used to in a hotel I didn't like the way the bathroom sink bathroom sink was directly at the front door, the refrigerator was underneath that sink on the floor, the microwave was hanging over what it was placed on, the mattresses because I was in a double room were not comfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattresses which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The paint on the walls was peeling.The ceilings looked as though they were damaged at one point in time and poorly replaced. We had to change from room 308 to 307 because the lights went out yet there was no one in maintenance or housekeeping that could assist us because they had already left for the day and they told us we'd have to wait intil the next day. In room 307 was the phone belonging to room 303 which wasn't connected at all. The shower was nice yet water went everywhere. The shower area had no insulation to keep the water from staying in. Staying at this hotel was like staying in an apartment building I felt like the people staying there were not there to be in a hotel but there as a is there a extended stay where homeless people would be

The young lady at the reception desk was very polite and pleasant. However. Upon checking into the hotel and getting on the elevator immediately noticed an odor. Got into our room and there were stains in the carpet. The sliding bathroom door literally fell off its track. There were still items in the room behind the bowl sink from the previous guests. After returning from dinner we subsequently checked out and decided to make the three hour trip back to Charlotte. Travelocity was wonderful in refunding our money. I would not recommend this hotel Charleston has so much more to offer.

I had payed for a night called said I was going to be late and then when I arrived I was charged an additional $178 almost double my original booking price to stay for the night stating I hadn’t called in time saying I was going to be late.

I unfortunately did not stay at this hotel. After waiting in a line to check in for about an hour we were informed that the front desk representative was calling around to get us rooms. So the hotel is severely understaffed and could not accommodate us. She did the best she could with a lobby full of ten plus angry , tired guest. We drove 3.5 hours and by this time most other hotels were booked. We drove back home. It was awful . I hope management hires more staff and I find it difficult to operate with only 2 staff.

No shuttle for us, even though we booked 2 rooms. It quit at 11, we landed at 10:54. Hotel is nasty. Carpets not cleaned in years, if ever. Desk clerk a real pisser. Worst $375 I’ve ever spent. Horrible hotel experience.
