The hosts were amazing. Jamie responded to every one of my crazy long texts and all my questions. We met Joe and he was also very nice. We had a visit at UNC Nerology and it was within about 10 minutes. She accommodated all our requests. The cottage was adorable, clean, and comfortable. Nice area. Very quiet. Grandma’s Cottage will be the only place we will stay for future appointments.

Lovely setting close to campus and hospital Large kitchen with lots of counter tops. We were here for a football weekend. There is a fire pit which we did not have time to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. It was dog friendly and on a future trip we will bring our dogs. It was decorated along the walkway with Halloween decor. So much fun.

It was a perfect, secluded spot for my small family to gather and enjoy each others' company while being close to everything Chapel Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking by the road leading to the house and I felt completely safe doing this at all hours. The kitchen was will stocked with appliances and utensils, and the wooded view out the window made me happy. There was plenty of easily accessible parking. The host answered all of our questions and was most helpful. My husband said, "Good job" in finding such a nice place for a few days rest.

Me and four other friends came for one night from Wilmington to hear some music , we had the best time ! The hosts worked out a later check out time with us and were great at communicating! This review is based on the house/space. The host communicated well. The space did not have a cottage, cozy feel. The house is outdated, with some parts appearing "run down". The house was quite dirty/was not clean and had bugs. The beds were comfortable, but the other aspects of the home made it difficult to rest.With that, we do wish the owners well.
