My only complaint is that I feel like we are charged for stuff that we shouldn’t be charged for. Parking? Used to be free for rewards members, but apparently that has been discontinued. No free coffee, only Starbucks at the cafe.

The hotel was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I understand that, in the middle of a big city, parking is very hard to find, and it can be a big cost for a company but, in here, there were plenty of space available. It was not a gated or security watched parking so, why the extra fee?

The interior design was absolutely beautiful The rooms were very clean and comfortable with convenient fridge (although no microwave but looked like one should've been the room) Staff was very polite and cheerful and the amenities were quite satisfying (especially the little convenience store inside the lobby)

Very clean and quiet. My son enjoyed the pool. Hot tub was nice as well. It was a quick trip . Easy in and out . Only minor issue was you had to pay for parking by scanning a QR code and paying seperate. It could not just be included in the bill. Seems like a hassle for no reason. parking was plentiful
