We were disappointed in the lack of the front end staff addressing the broken TV in the room. Asking multiple times and with different people netted absolutely nothing. Would not be staying here again. It’s a shame because the room was nice for the price and the hot breakfast was really good. People make the place. Felt like they could care less.
