Our first room had a terrible foul odor like dirty socks. The front desk clerk did move us, which second room didn't smell. Rooms need updated. Walls are durty, carpets stained, old curtains. Chips in walls. Besides the appearance, it was clean, bed was comfortable.

WORST BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE—— overflowing trash cans, plates and utensils missing, juice and milk empty, hot food empty. Girl working front desk directly across from breakfast saw all the grumbling and issues and didn’t bother to help. I finally asked her to get some milk and told her the breakfast attendant was struggling. The girl doing breakfast was wearing her headphones hanging out in the back kitchen. People had to knock on kitchen window and get her attention. Overalll frustrating
