Should not be listed on hotels.com. Had to rent our towels and sheets at 10E each or buy them. Also expected to clean or pay 50E fee. Also extra for air or heat. Nice and peaceful

An earlier review said "need a rental car". We decided to chance it without - no regrets. Guest house is less than 5min walk from water bus and autobus terminals with great connections to Venice itself and the beach.
