Newly remodeled farmhouse nestled in 97 acres. Great location for family reunions, weekend getaways , girls Canton shopping trips , weddings, and so much more. Sleeps 16 in beds, and plenty more space upstairs and in game room. Sit outside on the wrap around porch by the pool / fire pit and catch the beautiful E TX sunset - OR - test your pool ,shuffle boards skills in the man cave game room. Lots of board games, space to entertain and a bar area. We have two fun water options , fishing in the private pond or swim in the pool with slide and diving board. You can grill out, or cook inside the fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar. Large screen TVs , Wi-Fi, and laundry room with washer /dryer, and extra refrigerator.
