The room was really really good. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The accommodations were wonderful for a small family. The food surprisingly was very good considering that it was buffet styled. Arcade, waterpark, bowling alley, laser tag, mini golf was all wonderful for my toddler. Had a great time. They have a lot of good family activities for kids throughout the day all the way into the evening, so the kids are constantly engaged in activities. They make it a fun trip.

The staff was BEYOND nice and helpful. My daughter is autistic and we were very wary on how she would handle the noise in the waterpark so we bought her waterproof headphones. She was a little apprehensive about wearing them, but the gentleman at the waterpark door made her feel like a rockstar and she was all smiles. Everyone was so kind. We went over New Years Eve and even though it was insanely busy, it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming.

We had a blast staying here last weekend. It was our first time visiting GWL and we will definitely be coming here in the future. They have lots of children's activities thought out the day and the waterpark was so much fun! The rooms were very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a quick getaway with your family, I highly recommend this resort.
