Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our tv but it was sorted within minutes of our request. I used the spa and the swimming pool and both were great. A lovely hotel and lovely staff. We hope to be back soon."
