Pool heater was turned off and water was 60*, no pool towels, room was not cleaned throughout our 3 day stay, fire alarm went off at 5 am, no place to sit at breakfast, limited staff and no follow through by staff on promises for assistance. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly. The hotel, fitness room, our room and common areas were all clean. It was easy to get around town. The only complaint was that there were just a lot of children and they would run through the hallways in the evening well past 10 pm. They were also loud as early as 6:30 am. We don't think the staff could do much ab out it but it was annoying.

We arrived at 5:10 PM to check and room was not ready yet. Lady at front desk wasn’t apologetic, borderline rude. Blamed it on staffing which I 100% believe. No comps offered. Sat in lobby and waited, would have watched the big game on the tv but that didn’t seem to work. Room was available for check in around 530.
