Great getaway close to restaurants and the river park

We wanted to show our friend from Seattle the fun location of Buena Vista. This was perfect! We have stayed in other units in this complex, but this was by far the cleanest and the most well stocked with supplies. The balcony and Adirondack chairs were lovely. The towels were fluffy and soft. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of spices to cook with. We used some of the reusable containers to pack a picnic, so that was lovely. The ceiling fans helped cool things off when we opened the windows after being gone hiking for the day. The location is perfect. It is one block off the main street and therefore quieter but within walking distance to great restaurants and shops on Main Street. It is also close to the river Park. We like to watch the river surfers as we walk down to the Eddyline Restaurant near the surf hotel. The local manager sent a text to check in on us and it was nice to know that there was a local contact if we needed anything. We didn’t need to contact them because everything was available in the unit. Highly recommended!

Very nice, comfortable place

Very nice, clean and comfortable place. Very close to downtown and the river. It is also close to many hot springs and hiking trails which we enjoyed very much. This place was stocked with everything we needed! I would stay here again.

Great location!

We needed a place close to the surf hotel where we could take care of our granddaughter while her parents went to a wedding. This was perfect. The location was half way between the hotel and downtown. Everything was in walking distance including a park. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for us. We would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We needed a place to stay in Buena Vista for a family wedding. This place was beautiful and close to everything! No complaints really - just an FYI that the walls are not very thick, so noise between units can be a lot. Not sure if the neighbors had a party one evening or their TV was just REALLY loud, but we could hear everything. Thankfully that was only the case in the living room/dining room - the bedrooms were quiet! Really lovely unit and the management company was super great to work with!

Nice place - FYI NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE FEE.

Really enjoyed the condo. Do not like the non refundable damage fee. Did not cause any damage. They tell you after you have booked! No AC. Other than that nice, clean and walking distance to downtown.

Nice property but beware cleaning fees AND a list of chores before checking out

Our stay was pleasant, and the unit provided what we needed for our weekend trip. However I'm very frustrated by the model of charging >$100 to clean the unit and also requiring us to do a handful of chores before checking out (garbage, linens, dishes, etc). These were sneakily communicated to us when we received the check-in details after our reservation became 100% non-refundable. Seems a bit excessive when we were already paying more than we would have at a hotel that doesn't require us to clean or pay a cleaning fee.

BV for Me

I love BV and the area. We came here a few days before heading to a conference. The location was great—walking distance to the playground, restaurants, and whitewater park. The place is awesomely stocked to meet your needs unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed before. The only complaint we had is this is an upstairs unit and the man that lives below the unit works night shift and did not hesitate to come up and complain to us about the noise we were making DURING THE DAY! It’s very hard to keep a 4 year old and 2 year old quiet during normal daytime hours and for this reason, I would caution staying here with small kids.

Perfect place to stay!

This property was clean and so comfortable. We parked our car when we got there and didn’t have to use it until we left. Everywhere was within walking distance. Will stay again if I ever visit this area again.

Mid Century modern decorated condo 1 block off Main Street

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful mid-century decor. Beds were very comfortable. Towels/linens smelled so fresh. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed. Very clean. Easy walk to main street restaurants/shops and also the River park and South Main. Nice neighbors and quiet area. Loved it and hope to return! The only slight issue was no A/C but it was cool at night so it didn't matter too much. Ceiling fans worked great.
