We invite you to have a beautiful stay! This great place is all about location. The clubhouse, Branson strip, and lake are all within minutes away. This is an excellent combination of location and comfort! . You will want to return to over and over again! Inside you will find comfortable and quality bedding, completely furnished, well stocked kitchen for cooking up a meal of any size. The balcony with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to sip your espresso or afternoon tea before taking a short walk to the clubhouse where you will find Tennis courts, indoor pool (year-round), outdoor pool/hot tubs(seasonal), exercise room, onsite bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, playground, and much more!

STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Fabulous location near all Branson has to offer. This property is located on a by-pass road that will help you avoid the busy traffic on the Branson Strip. You can still get to the 76 Strip in minutes, with Table Rock Lake being only 2 miles away, downtown Branson is a 10-minute drive, and Silver Dollar City is a 15-minute drive (Without traffic).

Other Things to Note:
**This property is located on the second floor and requires stairs. May not be suitable for guests who have a physical limitation that would prevent them from climbing stairs.
**Minimum booking age is 21

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Host was responsive and location was convenient. Make sure you check your email for the building and unit number for checking in at the gate, it isn’t listed on the Vrbo app. The unit was clean. The unit is dated, but does the job and the price was reasonable for the weekend. There is severe water damage on the wall by the sliding door, The host is aware of it and has a date to have it fixed. We enjoy staying in Point Royale. Host did everything to make it a nice stay.

There was great communication with the host. The condo was clean with lots of extra blankets and, for our warm-blooded daughter, there was a fan to blow on her. The grandkids loved having their own area upstairs and we loved the non-clutter in the living area because of it! If possible, will stay there again.

This is the first time I have given a poor rating to any place I have stayed. But I believe people who are spending their hard earned money need to know about these types of places before they rent. This condo was in a gated community, awesome. The outside of the building “58”looked great. However, when I opened the door and walked into Unit 11 the first thing to hit my senses was the powering smell of stink. It reminded me of the smell several enclosed dogs put off. The sheet rock was peeling on the ceiling and wall above in the corner near the sliding glass door that allows access to the deck. There was mound growing on the ceiling above the sink in the main down stairs bathroom! Overall this property was dirty and the furniture and finishings were all 80’s dated. This property did NOT match the pictures presented in the advertisement on VRBO. I will not be staying with Bella Restare again. Very disappointed! I did take photos.

Short review: this listing is terrible. Look elsewhere until they fix it!Long review: From the excessive ant traps to the horrible mold smell and large mold spot in the master bathroom to the dirty floors and bathrooms to the drains backing up on the third day to the downstairs neighbor complaining when you walk across the floor to the mouse droppings to the ripped and tattered furniture to the rude property staff to all of the apparent water damage and separating paint/wall seams, I’m not sure which is worse. The fact that the listing is dated is the very least of the problems. When the problems were expressed, the property manager said the issues were reflected in the price and offered for housekeeping to come back and interrupt our stay so they could do their job over. They amenities may be in walking distance if you like to walk, but they are nothing to improve this listing. Just look elsewhere until they decide to make it habitable. When my family travels, we expect for the condos to be a home away from home. This listing is more like a hovel away from home. Renter beware. No refund will be offered. Deal with it or move at your own expense.

We have already communicated these details, but we will list them again: To be honest, this stay has been really disappointing.-There are ants everywhere in the kitchen. We reported this but it was not addressed.-There is active, fuzzy mold on the ceiling of the master bathroom.-One sink faucet in the master bathroom is broken and the hot/cold cannot be adjusted.-There is no aerator on the showerhead in the upstairs bathroom so the water comes out in a single stream that drills you.-The handle on the upstairs shower is loose and hard to use.-There is a crack in the bottom of the upstairs tub that we think is leaking water (hard to say for sure, but there is evidence of water damage throughout the property)-There is no cover on the outlet beside the bed upstairs.-The outlet in the downstairs main bath is loose.We could go on. The ants and the mold are the biggest issues though, and are really inexcusable. No one likes to battle ants to make their morning coffee or wash their dishes, and it would have been so easy for you to address that problem.

A good trip

there is visible water damage to walls and ceiling that should be addressed. Otherwise, the rental was clean, the registration and information sharing were excellent. Location was convenient to the attractions. Having only one pot in the kitchen made cooking interesting, but the coffee and sugar and fully functioning icemaker were a plus.

Weekend Getaway

Amenities are excellent at this location tucked into a gorgeous golf resort. Inside pool and the outside hot tub were excellent after a cold gloomy day on the town. Kitchen amenities are enough to cook about anything. Just needed a grill by we made due. We will be back.

The property was in a great location. The property is older, but is at fair price. At check in the cleaning staff was still there and rushed to get things ready for us. Had to call the management after check in as the bathrooms weren’t clean. We left for dinner and the staff came back to clean the bathrooms.

Great Location, needs updating.

Great for a family trip, communication was great and location is great. The condo is a great size but it is in desperate need of some updates. Peeling paint, new carpet, holes in furniture, etc. The complex needs some attention. Lights out around the indoor pool, cleanliness in the locker rooms. Unit was well stocked with necessities, towels, etc.

Worked great for a girls trip It has a king bed in the master and a queen on the main level and a double upstairs. I thought it was 1 king and 2 queens. The beds were fine. The carpet could stand to be taken out. It was pretty dirty looking. It worked really well for our girls trip for the weekend.

Great property

The property was very clean and welcoming. Close to the pool and quiet and relaxing. Our only issue was the mattresses on each bed. They are very uncomfortable and definitely need replaced. Other than that, property and property management are great!
