So the check in was fine, no problem. I went to take a shower and the handle came right off in my hand. Commode seat was not either tightened down or was broke. Had to hold while using to keep from turning aside. Plug ins were loose and wouldn't hardly hold to keep things plugged in. Part of curtains were not hooked. Pillows need replaced. I have NEVER stayed where you had to reuse your towels and washcloths. No housekeeper to clean room in 3 days we were there. Will not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this motel for two nights. While the staff was courteous, I did encounter some cleanliness concerns. During my stay, I noticed one bed bug and one cockroach per day, totaling two of each. This suggests a need for improved pest control services. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is essential for guest comfort, and I believe there is room for improvement in this area. I hope management takes the necessary steps to address these issues, as the motel has the potential to provide a much better experience.

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Beds are comfortable but pillows are quite lumpy. I always bring my own. Breakfast is offered and is ok. Location is great.

Quick and easy to get keys for room and for the price of a large 2 queen room cant be beat. Highly recommend if you are in the Branson area for vacation or passing through

Very helpful staff

The staff were super nice and the room was clean. There was a stale order like the room hadn't been used for a while which was probably true. The one disappointment I had was that there was no where to charge my phone. Last time we stayed there they had ports in the lamps but this room had none.

Check in and out was easy. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was ample. Shower pressure was great! We did not utilize the breakfast during our stay. Wish they would’ve spread out the guest more since the hotel wasn’t very busy.
