Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home this last week. It was absolutely perfect for our holiday week. What started off as a stressful, hectic week with a family emergency and last-minute change of plans for Christmas turned into a wonderful holiday full of great memories due in no small part to your beautiful home, thoughtful touches, and generous hospitality. From the kids toys and silverware, to the pickle ball court (my 5 year old found a new skill!), to the amazingly equipped kitchen (omg a rice cooker and air fryer???), we could not have asked for a smoother stay or more incredible way to spend our Christmas.On top of everything, you took the time to drop off A PRESENT for my family?! I only wish I had been available to say hello - I think I was grabbing a few brief moments to shower, or I might have been in the bathroom helping one of my kids, who knows. Either way, the girls had a great time opening the tower of treats and tasting each one. What a beautiful way to start the evening! Words cannot express how grateful I am for your flexibility, patience, and understanding.

We had a wonderful time in the truly beautiful house with a lovely pool area. Everything was clean and just as shown in the photos. Jenny and Kenny were great hosts who responded very quickly whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly, and we had a fantastic time in this amazing house in beautiful Florida!

Great Stay!

This property and the hosts are amazing!We stayed as a group of nine (6 adults, 3 kids-ages 15-11) and this property had everything we needed and more. The check in process was simple, the house was incredibly clean and well-stocked. We all loved the pool area and there was enough space for everyone. The hosts were great and kept in contact with us throughout the stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location and wonderful hosts!

This was one of the best homes we’ve stayed at - super attentive hosts and truly a wonderful location. Far enough away from the island busyness but close enough for multiple trips to and from. The house is beautiful and very cozy. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great time in this home. It was clean and had all the appliances we needed. There were extra towels and so many thoughtful things that came in handy. My children enjoyed the pool and my whole family loved the game room. There were plenty of seats for dining for our family of 9. Jenny was always there to answer questions and stay in touch with us. She’s a wonderful host. The only thing I will mention is the living room seating. We felt there needed to be another love seat or more places for the whole family to sit in front of the TV to fit everyone. Also a TV in the kids room would have been a nice addition.

Great family house

One of our favorite vacation rentals! House was great for a family of six, plenty of room. The bedrooms are separated on different sides of the house which was great for us since we were traveling with older teens, loved having 3 bathrooms! Location was convenient to the beaches and had easy access to groceries and restaurants. We were able to go down to Sarasota for some great shopping. The house was well stocked with towels, paper products and kitchen supplies for cooking. We enjoyed the pool area and found ourselves eating outside for most meals. The game room was a nice touch but our kids didn’t use it much. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and supplied with shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was nice. They had beach chairs and an umbrella to use for your beach days. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely book again.

Extremely well equipped house and very convenient location

The first thing that I noticed is how well the house is equipped. Bathroom towels in large numbers for every guest. Pool towels. (We brought only beach towels). Beach chairs, umbrella, tent and everything is ready to be used. We added a bodyboard and a beach volleyball :-) The kitchen is fully stacked. Had even coffee, enough bags for waste and so on. The fridge is American style and big. Since we stayed that long we used washer and dryer. At one point I told my daughter the only thing missing is a highchair for a child ... just to remember the next second that there is one. Shampoo, conditioner and everything is available in every shower. So unless you are expecting scuba gear, bicycles or a parachute you should be good to go :-) Everything was very cleen. 15-20 minutes to the beaches. And everything else in less than a 15-minute drive. Manatee County Golf, Walmart, movie theatre, bowling, restaurants, 3 fitness centers and whatever you need. Our son loved the Ms. PacMan arcade machine. The neighborhood is quiet and the host responded promptly to questions we had. Being from Switzerland there is only one thing, that did not bother us but I would like to mention. The house is built to American standards. Drywall between living room and master bedroom. So if you have light sleep and people would still be awake you would probably hear them. The garage cannot be used but there is enough room for two full-size SUV in the driveway. All in all 10 out of 10.

Great House to welcome family and friends.

This house has everything you need! Comfortable, newer furniture, kitchen has everything, toys and chairs etc for the beach. There isn’t much to do near the house but so many things to do if you don’t mind a 15-20 drive. The back bedroom was great for those that like to be away from the noise of the little ones and the bunk room was awesome for the kids. Great hosts also!!

Fantastic house for family get together

We booked this house for our 3 daughters And their families. It was ideal. Everything was as listed. The game room was a hit with everyone. We played many foosball and air hockey games. The kitchen was well stocked with quality non breakable dishes and plenty of silverware. There were sufficient pans, containers and microwave storage containers. The 3 bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and cream rinse dispensers that were well stocked. The towels were soft, clean and decent quality. The location was convenient to grocery, beaches and activities. The pool area had a great covered section with a table with seating for 8. There was also a small sectional seating area under cover. The pool itself was great for the families. Beach toys, umbrellas, wagon and chairs were available to use. We used the grill on the deck also. Our families swam daily. The living room had a very large newer TV that you could watch some things on for free or connect to your streaming apps. We had a great stay and would stay there again. The hosts responded to any of our questions or concerns immediately. They are five star hosts also.

Perfect location and house

We were in town for a tournament at IMG and this house had everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay at this house. The kitchen had everything we needed, exactly as pictured. The owners were responsive when we asked questions. Had no issues. There’s plenty of seating to eat. Had pool towels for everyone, and location is close to everything. IMG is about a 10-15 min drive. Anna Marie island is 15-20 min drive. Plenty of food close by as well as grocery stores. Highly recommend this house!

Beyond Expectations!!

I'm fairly "thorough" when looking for a rental. First, cleanliness is my main priority, followed by the layout and amenities of the house, and of course, proximity to things we want to do. This house, and it's owner Jenny, exceeded all of my, already high, expectations! The house was spotless! The decor was simple yet elegant! The layout was spacious and relaxing. The furniture and beds were super comfy. The bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful! The kitchen was not only modern but so well stocked I really couldn't believe it (it had everything we needed and more). And the quality of everything in the kitchen was superb (like much nicer than what I personally own)! The main TV was easy to use and great for throwing on a movie. The game room was fun, and the outside pool area was amazing (with ample seating and sun bathing options)! The heated pool was very enjoyable (we spent a lot of time soaking and splashing around). The location was also great, we had everything we needed within a just a few blocks (we really didn't have many outings planned but used the house to hang out with family we don't get to see often). The outside of the house was nice and the landscaping was well done. The neighborhood was quiet. And, if all that were not enough, the host Jenny was so nice, easy to work with, and very responsive to any need or question we had. We plan to return as soon as we are able to, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very nice house to enjoy!
