At 6:30am both mornings 0qqof our stay we were awakened.by loud talking from the desk clerk and lobby area. We also did not recieve room maid service at any time during our two day stay. .

Arrived at midnight and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk, even after trying the phone lines several times. There were several people in line and crying kids in the car. Since I had booked through Expedia my rate was not refundable, but we considered leaving and going to the hotel next door instead of continuing to wait. Thankfully around 12:30 a staff member appeared. Our room was quiet and decent, relatively clean. The bathroom was in moderate condition and the toilet water continued to run through the night, and the door did not lock. The actual bedroom itself was clean with no issues. The free breakfast was good with lots of options, including boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal (which we didn't find until way after we ate because it's located in a totally different area than the other food), plus two waffle makers, juice, and several hot food options including sausage, egg/cheese patties, and "french toast." There was coffee in two locations. The staff members ended up being helpful, kind, and patient.

Nice outside sitting area, good breakfast options, spacious suites. I am not a big fan of pets inside the hotels, but this one was well maintained despite furry creatures walking on the carpets in the hallways and the rooms.

This place was just average. I was disappointed because the Expedia reviews had been so great! The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. But the place had stained seat cushions and the smell of the carpet in my room was awful. I have stayed at five different hotels in Boone. This was the lowest quality and I do not plan to go back.
