"Room is good hotel is food, however we have too many screaming kids in our floor and all they do was knock to the otherw door back and font. Like its insane. Also at 645ish a kid juat screaming on the hall way to get in to the other room. We went to have some rest for the night and that was not pissible. "

"Install grab bars inside showers and maybe an available shower seat for people who have certain disabilities..(Poor balance standing)."

"Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. Big variety at breakfast. Always fresh fruit, yogurt, various Filipino options and traditional American options, usually a few additional choices. Only thing I would like to change is it would be good to get espresso or cappuccino at breakfast. Cheese would also be good. The hotel is clean and conveniently located by a bunch of restaurants "

"What I love about hop in is that they are quick to response to any request. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. I enjoyed very much how they took request considerably and allowed us to rest comfortably at their hotel. I recommend this place "
