This place is run down. Needs to be updated. Large floor air conditioners are located around lobby. Table in front of where you check in. Not sure what that is about. The hallways are scary. Old wrinkled carpet in hotel. The room was clean and I was thankful. Front desk people were polite. At first I wasn’t sure it they worked there. Maybe they should wear hotel shirts or some type of professional clothing. But, they did check us in quickly. Coffee machine in room without cups and a customer was checking out and told front desk about that but employee didn’t seem to care. Parking lot needs to be fixed. Orange cones around I guess to protect you from falling in holes. Very sketchy hotel. Didn’t feel safe. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

HORRIBLE: Due to an unacceptable stay and lack of service I checked out early and was refused a refund. The staff was not helpful and dismissive. There were also police officers onsite due to problems at the hotel. I experienced the following unacceptable conditions: 1.Refrigerator Not Working: I reported this issue and was told that a refrigerator is a "courtesy" and not guaranteed. If that’s true, it should be made clear at booking. 2.Room Phone Not Working: The in-room phone was completely nonfunctional, which is a basic safety and service requirement. 3.Unsecured Building Door: The exterior door to the building would not secure, causing me to feel unsafe on the property. 4.Damp Floor: The room’s floor was damp, further reducing comfort. 5.Lamp Not Working: One of the lamps in my room was broken. I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk after my first evening, but nobody addressed them or offered solutions. When I informed staff of my intent to check out due to these persistent problems, I was told that I would not receive a refund for the second night. And, they refused to provide me with a receipt indicating that I checked out earlier than planned due to these issues. The onsite manager was unhelpful and, again, denied a refund for the unused second night. I returned later in the evening to speak with another staff member, but the response was the same.

Upon arrival it did not seem like the AC was working in the lobby but they had portable AC units around. The room was not as clean as it could have been, there was a dirty sock from what I’m assuming is the previous people who stayed in the room. We stated three people were staying in the room but they did not supply enough linens, pillows and towels to accommodate three people. The pull out bed springs were broken creating a dip in the bed, the AC in the room was running but would not cool the room down, and the water took forever to get warm. We just kept the accommodations due to only being in the room to shower and sleep but you are getting bear minimum if you stay here.

Do not stay here!!

When we enter the hotel lobby, the first thing we were presented with was a hot dirty lobby, no AC they had to use big fans. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. If I could give this a negative rating like a -100 that would be my recommendation. I don’t know how you can post this under hotels.com. The doors to the outside don’t lock everything is filthy and dirty and unfortunately, we couldn’t find another hotel with availability with a 2 Hour Dr.. So we had no choice but to stay. When entering the hotel from the parking lot, there was a notice posted on the door that said “ firewatch in progress this building has a fire protection system that is not in service” how can you take money from people for this place…? And how can people stay in a place where there’s no fire alarm in the event there is a fire? So many unsafe things about this building and it should be investigated. You should also refund any people who have used hotels.com and had to stay at this Scumbag hotel!

Awful smells

There must of been a water leak and the whole lobby smelled like mildew and dead mice. Once we checked in the smell got worse as we walked toward our room. The room didn’t smell as bad but was very musty , old and needed an update. I woke up with my eyes red from mildew or mold , it’s an allergic reaction I get from that. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one. I couldn’t handle another night in there. I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me. Stay away from this place.

Good room but needs some TLC

The room was good but there are things that need to be addressed. The toilet seat had some gashes The door to the freezer ( in the mini fridge) didn’t close securely It looked like someone cut the side of the couch

The smell and cleanliness of the hotel was deplorable. The fire alarm system was down indicating someone was on patrol… there was not. The perimeter doors to the hotel had no locks on them, so anyone staying at the hotel or not, could come and go as they please. The carpet floors were stained in the room (160), the shower’s soap tray was hanging off the wall, no iron in the room, and small square pillows to sleep on. Additionally, the room keys did not hold activation and numerous trips had to be made to the front desk to get them reactivated. When asked at check-out how my stay was, the desk clerk seemed shocked that the hotel was not in great condition.
