When I first booked I was prompted to pre check in and after that the hotel tried to charge me 71 dollars. Then when I get to the room and check in they tried to charge me again 71 dollars. The room smelled very old and dusty there was only one set of towels in a double queen room I had to get extra towels the tub looked like it was just used the beds was comfortable the tv didn’t work I couldn’t watch any shows or tv at all the WiFi data was low couldn’t access it WiFi and after I checked out I was charged a cleaning fee when I barely did anything in the room.

The employees were nice and welcoming, the pool and hot tub wonderful, room very comfortable and clean, and being on the ATV trail perfect, definitely going there again and again. Also having our 2 chihuahuas welcomed was the best. Its a 5 star for our family.

At the Busiest time of day on a Friday they only had 1 person on staff that had to deal with many issues that needed the owner's input, why the heck wasn't she onsite. there were over 15 people waiting.

This was the absolute worse stay and an embarrment for wydham. Staff was on their cell phones or smoking more than helping customers, rooms were digusting and smelled like feet and urine. The breakfast was gross. I would request my money back but noone was there o talk to me.

I’d only stay here if nothing else was available. It was clean-ish. Things need some maintenance and I feel minimal effort is used just to keep it open. Only perk is being on the trails.
Ran out of soap and clearly not kept full for a reason.

First room had horrible smell, was moved and had to sign a paper stating the room was better. Had better smell but not clean, spider in bathroom on the floor, mold in corner of bathroom. On the wall above the shower black spot of either mold or where someone put out a cigarette. Just felt disgusting while staying there. Breakfast was okay not the best, had no orange juice first day. Would not stay there again or would not recommend.
