This is amongst the worst motels I have ever stayed at... Not "the" worst, but by far the worst from any hotel chain. Motel 6 was always my "go-to" option when I just wanted a place to sleep with at least some BARE MINIMUM standards... That all changed with this stay, and I doubt I will ever trust Motel 6 as a brand again. I am not being metaphorical or exaggerating when I say I have stayed in hostels (that's right, hostels, not even hotels/motels) for less than $10/night that were FAR cleaner. I wasn't expecting much at all and I was still extremely disappointed. I will say that the front desk staff were nice, friendly, professional and genuinely doing their very best. I don't doubt this place is run on an absolute shoestring too, so the 1 or 2 housekeeper(s) they do have are probably also doing their best... But based on not seeing one the ENTIRE time I stayed, I'm not even 100% sure they have specifically allocated housekeeping-only staff. I should have taken pictures, but looking through here there are plenty that show just how bad this hotel is. Normally, I might rate a place 2 stars for at least having a great desk person... But as of writing this, this motel is rated 2.9 on Google, and it shouldn't be higher than 2, at best, so I cannot justify any rating beyond the lowest I can give so as to ensure people are aware of just how bad a place they are getting into.

Good location. Building is worn out. It needs new flooring, windows, tubs, faucets, doors, desks, beds, bedding, towels, etc. It’s used up and worn out! New staff trying but doesn’t have enough help! Smoke in hallways- hallways need paint & carpets!

First, the property is NOTHING as advertised. It stinks, there are broken windows, it’s filthy, the staff appears oblivious and lazy, and the conditions are unsafe and terrifying. There are no locks on exterior doors to get into the motel. Several of the rooms are missing door handles. Obviously there are plans for renovation but it looks like that was years ago. Our room was FILTHY! The sheets were not changed, there was hair and stains on the bedding, in the shower, and all over the floor. The floor was also missing pieces. The place looked like something that was rented by the hour - I wouldn’t bring my kids here if I were traveling with them. We slept in sweatshirts and pants ON TOP of the covers! Had there been another hotel with availability, and had we not just driven 10 hours, we would have moved. We considered sleeping in our vehicle. Not at all the level of anything I would expect from a well known chain - and for the money we paid I actually think they should have paid us to stay there. Traveler beware! You will regret your stay at this hotel. Cancel your reservation and find another place!

The property was filthy and the room looked like it had been broken in to before as our door jam was damaged. The floor in the room had dog fur on it. We only had one towel and the shower was so dirty we didn’t use it. We figured we would stay cleaner by not using it.

This was by far the WORST hotel/motel stay I've ever had. I felt so unsafe due to the (at least) 10 boarded up hotel windows, broken windows, doors in the building with no handles, so you can see in rooms. The room was dirty, had qtips and other things on the floor. Bathroom was dirty. Towels were miscolore and felt weird. DO NOT STAY HERE! Especially uf you are a solo female traveler!

Got a reservation here because my buddy said he got one. Time went on the price went up and up. Got there and his reservation didn’t go through on Expedia. By the time we figured it out and went to cancel it was 5 minutes past 6pm and the payment went through even though I selected to pay at site and not online. Staff said I couldn’t cancel the reservation and couldn’t help. Glass at front was busted along with all the security locks to the outside doors. Walking to the room the hotel was filled with the smell of urine and cigarettes. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, hotel room doors all had crowbar marks on them with sun shining through the door “seals”. Enter the room and it only got worse. 1 towel for 3 people, 2 pillows (one on each bed), floorboards were broken and water damaged. The bathroom floor had what appeared to be a dead cockroach along with stains and possibly a little blood on the side of the tub. Everything in the room seemed dirty and unsafe for our health so I tried talking to the front desk again to see what she could do. After waiting for 3 more groups to cancel their reservations after seeing the facility she told me she could do anything and refunds had to be through the third party seller, Expedia. Tried paying for the room insurance and that didn’t help in any way and denied my claim. The pool was empty and out of order, the washer and driers were out of order, dogs were barking non stop while the smell of their urine spread.

Room was terrible! No chair to sit in, bed spread had a big stain on it, the bath tub was so filthy I didn't dare use it. No microwave, no refrigerator. Swimming pool was closed. One pillow per. Bed. Asked for a couple more but never got any. Not staying there again!! 😔😔
