"Good: Three sinks in the room was nice, bed was comfortable. nice to close off BR from rest of suite fireplace was nice, view from room was very nice. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast coffe and pastries were good. Location was very good. Bad: trip hazard on balcony as glue down carpet was spit and curled, covered with a throw rug, 4-5 hour electric blackout, no generator for common areas, pub or reception, only three battery lanterns on property. water shup off with power, no flushing toilet for 4-5 hours, Zero communication from staff, Riley's Pub food was thrown away. Pizza was not cooked. Bottom crust was doughy, cold. Microwave was not going to bake the crust."
