Great house for a big group with beautiful lake access!We stayed here in mid-July with a group of 13, and the house was definitely spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. One of the main reasons we booked this property was for the direct lake access, and we were so happy that the water levels were high enough for swimming right off the boat dock — exactly what we were hoping for! The weather during our stay was perfect, with highs in the comfortable 80s and a nice breeze. The lake water was a bit murky and cold but still a lot of fun — I’d recommend bringing floaties and reserving the boat area in advance so the owner’s boat can be moved, which really opens up the dock for swimming and fishing. Although the dock area was a bit cramped, we were pleasantly surprised to catch fish right from the dock! The beautiful views of the lake made for a relaxing and memorable atmosphere.We had 8 kids with us ranging in age from 7 to 16 years old, and they all had plenty to keep them entertained between the game tables, basketball court, jacuzzi, lake, beach area, and basement hangout space. Inside, the game tables were a bit older and the pool sticks were missing tips, but still lots of fun. The house manager was very responsive and quick to help out when we needed a couple of repairs, which we really appreciated.
